Prices This is a Wholesale Nursery. Large orders may be quoted at different rates. All orders are FOB Beersheba Springs, TN
Terms of Payment 50% deposit remainder due when stock is delivered - Certified Check or Money Order. A 2% late charge will be added to past due accounts.
Claims All claims must be made in writing within ten (10) days. We are not liable for sums greater than the amount received for nursery stock.
Conditions of Sale All orders are accepted on the condition that they shall be void if our crops are damaged by conditions beyond our control. All sales are made with the understanding that all plants become the property of the customer and the risk of loss will pass to the customer at the time of delivery.
Bare Root All items are bare root unless otherwise noted.
